Flexability when it is needed most is what we do best. James said he wanted to sell his home and move to West Va... His home needed about a $30,000 worth of work. We wrote a contract to buy his home, in, as is condition. Then a few days later he said he couldn't move after all, his new job offer fell through. So we agreeded to let the contract sit for six months. Couple of weeks later James called again and said he was ready to go ahead and go forward with the contract, but he wanted more money. So we agreeded to pay his new price and rent back to him for a couple of months until his next home was ready. Staying flexable and open minded is what allows us to be able to help so many people.

After settlement, Mrs. Clark couldn't wait to give me a hug! Mr. & Mrs. Clark had raised their children in this home. They moved to a new home and rented the old one out for about 12 years. But after many years of "Late Pay", "No Pay", and cleaning up after several Dead Beat Tenants. They wanted out of the Land Lord Business. But the home needed work inside and out, so they thought they were going to be stuck with it. We contacted them and worked out a Lease Option. We took over the property, fixed it up and had it sold in no time. The Clarks got their full asking price, while gettin rid of a property they no longer wanted. Mrs. Clark was about as happy as anyone I have ever seen.

"It truely was a Bleassing that I met you! That was the statement a young Navy man named Ken said to me after we went to settlemtnt on his home. About one year eariler Ken went through a devorce. Part of their settlement required Ken to refinance their 3 and 1/2 story townhouse in so he could buy out his wife's interest in the home. He was now 100% financed with payments of $1,868 per month. He wasn't to make the payments alone so he rented out two of the rooms to a couple of his Navy friends. And all went well for a while. Then they all got new military trainsfer orders. Ken became very concerned, you see his job in the Navy required him to matain his Top Military Security Clearence. He knew that if anything went wrong and he was to fall behind on his payments he could loose his job. About three months before he was due to move he contacted me and we came up with the perfect solution for him. Lease Option! We Lease his home with the Option to Buy. Ken and his roomates were able to continue living in his home untll their orders came through. We took over the payments, repainted the home and got it ready for sale. This took a hudge weight off Ken's shoulders. By taking over the responsability of his property, Ken was able to move on with his life in the Navy worry free of his property. We were able to get the home to settlement quickly and help him make a profit in the process. Ken was very grateful! And so were we.
